I am a full time student at University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland. I am currently studying B.Sc (HONS) Web Design & Development and am in my second year of studies.
As a web design and development student I have created small websites as coursework and helped with larger websites while working at Wangbar, they can all be found within the portfolio page. I have a strong interest in server-side programming and have started with Cold-Fusion at University but I have started to work with PHP and MySQL in my own time. I aim to become a web developer after graduating from University in 2 years.

Top Five Horror Movies was a JavaScript based coursework where I had to create an application that displayed only the selected movie within the list there was also a picture gallery on the home page which was coded using JavaScript also, the website uses unobtrusive javascript. The brief can be found hereI have just finished my second year of University, what have I learnt this year?
Well firstly I have learnt JavaScript, Cold-Fusion, Flash, Oracle and a little more photography and video recording. This year I studied Marketing and Law both very interesting and very helpful. During this summer I have been working with a local Dundee web design company Wangbar, helping with graphic editing, HTML and CSS and converting a layout from (Photoshop) PSD to valid XHTML and CSS.
